We start on the back with an open palm and low pressure, until the tissue warms up. Then I move to the neck and shoulders, where most of the work usually is.
The last few minutes go back to a slow rhythm, so you don't get up abruptly from a body that has only just let go.

Sports massage
I start by palpating, to find where the tension actually is — not where we assume it is. I come in with a plan, but the plan adapts to what each person asks for: some want one spot worked, others want to go over everything.
Before a match, in any sport, the session is shorter and livelier — the point is to switch the muscle on, not to relax it. After a match it turns slower and deeper.

The massage gun and the cupping set are part of both massages. They aren't a separate service, they're part of the work.

TENS & EMS
The units go into the session for €5 more. People lump both together as "the currents", but they don't do the same thing. In Recovery+ they are included at no extra charge.

Contraindications. Not used during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, over an area with metal implants, over the heart, on broken or numb skin, or with an active infection. I always ask first.

I palpate, check range of movement and ask about your history. Before we start, we both know what we are working on.
A plan made for you
What we take on, in what order and why. I tell you, I don't keep it to myself.
Exercises for home
Two or three, written to your phone. The session lasts 75 minutes, the result lasts as long as you do them.
A message after 3 days
One message to see what changed. If nothing changed, I want to know.
The units are included. In Recovery+ there is no €5 charge — they go in if they are needed, like the rest of the kit.
I keep notes from every session, so that next time we start from where we left off and not from the beginning.

You don't book this over the phone. We do one normal session first, at the normal price. If the way I work suits you, the package is there. If not, you've lost nothing.
Paid in full, in cash. There are no instalments — that's exactly why it costs less. It covers 60-minute massages or the 75-minute Recovery+, relaxing or sports, whichever you want each time. Massage gun and cupping included, as always.
